A few months after establishing the current fastest youth-growing media organization, the founders of DaParrot considered giving up due to hardships.
“We were operating in losses and could no longer manage the business,” Said Yasin Sokuton the Chief Executive Officer of DaParrot Media Ltd.
DaParrot yesterday celebrated her first birthday after moving through what the founders called ‘a thick and economically hard condition,”
“We have managed to brace through tho with minimum business, we currently have 200,000 total readers and between 3000 and 8000 weekly visitors,” he added.
Under their slogan of building communities and outlining possibilities, DaParrot has been a source of information, especially analyses that have been done despite of the condition.
“We have maneuvered and can indeed say that God has been on our side,” said Sokuton.
The Media House will officially launch in June next year according to Sokuton.
“I can’t wait,” he said, adding, “I thank the entire team for the resilience and hard work, this cannot be taken for granted,”
Vincent Nathan Lusambya the founding Editor attributed the success to the truth and balanced stories that they have been writing,
“And we shall continue with that good job,” he said
This entire month, DaParrot will run some of the stories and testimonies of its works in the past year.
