The Azimio la Umoja One Kenya Alliance have rejected the results of the presidential polls, even before seeing them.
These claim that the results of the Independent Electoral and Boundary Commission (IEBC) system were compromised.
Speaking to reporters a few minutes before the declaration, Odinga’s Chief agent Saitabao Ole Kanchory said it was the reason he said Bomas was a ‘crime scene’.
“We have intelligence reports that their system was penetrated and hacked and that some IEBC officials committed electoral offenses and some of them ought to have been arrested,” he said.

IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati had earlier announced that it would happen at 3 pm but the time was moved to 4 pm.
At the time of publication (5 pm), the IEBC had not announced the president-elect. Candidates and members of Azimio started vacating the Bomas in Nairobi National Tally Centre by press time.
