Reports coming in indicate that fire has broken out at Uganda National Cultural Centre (UNCC), the home of the National Theatre.
The exact cause of the fire is not yet known but reports on the ground say there was miswiring while some welding activity was going on. The craft village has reportedly burnt to ashes.
