A cloud of sorrow, shock, and fear has descended onto people within Kampala and Uganda in general following 2 explosions that rocked the city center in the morning hours of Tuesday.
In similar and two surprise incidents, one explosion happened next to Kooki towers, near the Central Police Station offices leaving many injured and CPS offices windows shattered while another explosion occurred on Parliamentary avenue just next to the Jubilee Insurance offices just meters away from the August house main gate.
Preliminary reports establish that some deaths have been involved as witnessed by human flesh that has been cited scattered in the road though authorities have not yet established the exact number of lives lost.
By publishing time, the Uganda police and sister agencies had cordoned off both areas of explosion pending further investigations.
