Joel Moses Mugulusi the current Prime Minister of the Obwa Ikumbania has retained his seat, according to the Cabinet Lists released.
Mugulusi, last week in a press conference confirmed Joshua Wilber Musimami as the rightful elected cultural leader of Bagwere, in a presser where he announced the de-solving of the old Cabinet.
Musimami on September 10, with Pursuant to Powers conferred upon the approved leaders under section 5.6 by the Bugwere Cultural Council, where a Constitute of Council is bound to approve names, presented a list of his cabinet, whom he will be leading.
In the Lists obtained by DaParrot on September 11, Badru Kirya was appointed as the Chairperson of the Bugwere Cultural Council, Jacob Maiso as the Speaker, pending the appointment of the Deputy Speaker.
Mugulusi is the Prime Minister with four deputies, including; Kirya the first Deputy who doubles as the Speaker, Hajji Abubakar Nangejje the 2nd deputy PM, Lawrence Wamale the 3rd and Abdu Kirya the fourth deputy PM.
Cabinet
The cabinet contains 21 Ministers, appointed from four major districts of Bugwere, and these include; Budaka, Kibuku, Paliisa, and some from Butebo.
Aramanzani Waira from Budaka is the Minister of Finance, Planning and Economic Development, Maj. Geoffrey Mugwere, the Minister of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries, and Paul Mwanyi Golomba in charge of Trade, Industries, and Cooperatives.
Dr. Jeremiah Twatwa is the Minister of Health, Emmanuel Opio for Bugwere Heritage and Research, Emmanuel Kerebba for Education, Games, and Sports, James Mbulambago for Bugwere Affairs, and Ngobi Nzogi the Minister of External Relations and Diaspora.
Others are; Alex Sabaidu the Minister for Security, Aaron Eriya Lajja for Works and Transport, Ausi Wafula for Energy and Mineral Development, Vincent Kessi for Obwa Ikumbania Affairs, Jennifer Wakikye for Gender, and Social Development and Samson Sisye the Minister for Lands and Ancestral Properties.
The Cabinet also has other Ministers including; Rogers Gasta for Tourism, Wildlife and Antiquates, Micheal Makodo for Water and Environment, Andrew Mukwatamundu for ICT and Bugwere Cultural Guidance, John Musede, for Constitutional Affairs and Arbitrations, Siraj Mabangi for Community Development and Robert Keeno the Minister for Protocol
