Ebola: Museveni Lifts Lockdown in Mubende and Kassanda

President Yoweri Museveni has lifted the lockdown in the two districts of Mubende and Kassanda.

These districts have swum into lockdown Including travel restrictions, curfews among others in the bid to contain the deadly Ebola virus that struck the region on September 5.

In a televised speech delivered by Rt. Maj. Jessica Alupo the Vice President, Museveni said the two districts can now move freely, “but remain vigilant,”
