City Blogger Accuse Uganda Airlines of Incompetence, Poor Service After Flight Miss

Popular City Blogger Cute Wisdom Kaye has accused the management of Uganda Airlines of being incompetent while delivering services.

Kaye who displayed his Air ticket to Dubai wondered why the Airport staff could stop signing in departures 2 hours before the actual flight.

“I came here and arrived at 9 pm my flight is 10 pm and the lady is busy telling me that am late,” he said
“Gen Katumba the works ministry please come out and clean this house at the staff level we are being affected as you did to the Board, please do to the employees as well,” he added.

According to the Air Ticket seen by this Website, Kaye’s flight was supposed to lift at 22:00 hours which is 10 pm then arrive in Dubai at 4:30 pm.

“They should refund my money because there is no way they will convince me on this, we want to support Uganda but with these experiences, we are demoralized,” he said .

Efforts to obtain a comment from Uganda Airlines on the issue were futile because the known contacts of the communication manager were off by press time. Kaye who was not alone, together with other passengers wondered how the airline operates.

Another passenger is seen in the video saying that he arrived at 8 pm exactly two hours before the flight only to be told the same.
