Police in Butaleja, Bukedi region have arrested a 40-year-old teacher who is accused of sodomizing over 18 pupils.
The suspect was identified as Robert Makhombe male adult aged 40 years old, a teacher at Mabale primary school in Butalejja sub-county Butalejja District
According to Police, David Magson Nambula the Headteacher of Mabale Primary School in Butalejja reported the suspect whom he accused of continuously Robert of Sodomizing over 18 Pupils at school,
Makhombe, Nambula said has been committing this remorseful grave act since January 2022.
So far 13 pupils (victims) of 18 have recorded their statements and admitted to having been sodomized by their teacher and only medical examination is still pending.
